About Bauslaugh
Pensions & Benefit Law

Bauslaugh Pensions & Benefits Law was founded in 2023 by Toronto lawyer Randy Bauslaugh as an independent specialist law practice. After a free consultation, you and Randy Bauslaugh can determine how to proceed.

Collaborative Approach:

A client can retain Randy as a principal lawyer or to work with other lawyers, law firms or consultants. Randy has a network of other lawyers and law firms that he collaborates with or refers work to, with no referral fees.

The following law firms have engaged Bauslaugh Pensions & Benefits Law to provide certain services:

Fees:

Randy has experience with a broad range of pricing models for legal services, including hourly pricing, flat fees, fixed fee retainer arrangements, pro bono and contingency arrangements. The main drivers are the nature of the services required, fees that the client feels provide adequate value for the price paid, and fees that are either profitable for the Firm or enable the Firm to be engaged in unique or challenging matters.

Randy Bauslaugh has a proven track record of collaboration and excellence in all areas of pensions, benefits and executive compensation law and governance, with a wide range of clients. He has been involved with many of Canada's leading pensions and benefits cases.  He is often on the leading edge of new developments. While Randy primarily acts for employers, plan administrators, consultants, and financial institutions, he also has experience working with trade unions, individuals, or their advisors.
